Responsible Gaming

Decide the amount before you follow any link

Set the amount you are willing to lose before you click through to an operator, and treat that figure as already spent rather than as money you expect back. Deciding in advance removes the pressure of judging the size of a bet in the moment, when the temptation is always to go a little further.

Never chase a loss by increasing the next bet to cover the last one. A loss chased this way tends to become two losses, and the decision is being made by frustration rather than by the plan you started with.

Keep gambling separate from money you cannot spare

Gambling only with money set aside for it, and never with money borrowed or needed for bills, keeps the activity contained to entertainment. If a loss would affect something else you depend on, the amount was too high to begin with.

Take breaks during a session rather than playing continuously. A short pause away from the screen is often enough to notice whether you are still enjoying it or simply continuing out of habit.

If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, involve someone else early, whether that is a friend, a family member, or one of the independent organisations linked below. Raising it early, before it becomes a larger problem, is far easier than raising it later.

Find the independent help organisations on this site

Every page of this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations: begambleaware.org, gamblingtherapy.org and gamcare.org.uk. These are the only outbound links on the site that are not commercial. They carry no sponsored marking, are set to nofollow, and open in a separate tab on the organisation's own website. This site receives nothing when a reader follows one of them.

The eighteen-and-over restriction appears throughout this build, including on the front page and at the end of every operator listing. Each of the ten operator listings also ends with the same line: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms apply there and can change without notice.

Know what this site cannot do for you

Controls such as deposit caps, loss caps, reality checks, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion belong to an account held with an operator. This build has no account, no form and no server-side application, so nothing published here can switch one of those controls on, check it, or enforce it. If you want any of them, they are arranged inside an account at the destination, after an operator link has been followed.

Nobody's age is verified on this site and no gambling takes place on it; any check of that kind happens at the destination. No advertising or behavioural profiling network is present in these pages, so nothing here is targeted at a reader who has shown risky behaviour. Everything a reader can actually do with money happens after leaving this site, once the destination's own rules, checks and account controls take over.
